I need some advice to wit:

I am an investor of a sole-proprietor company, until now I never received a contract and never receive a formal communications to the owner. I have invested last year and we agreed thru sms that investment will be reimburse or on before due date. Can I file an estafa case for this?

I need your advice so urgently. Ty
