My wife sent me text messages threatening to have me killed, now i want to be legally separated from her, can i use these messages as evidence and what provisions under the family code must i use as grounds for legal separation. And one more question, out of curiosity, if a person is legally separated is he or she entitled to enter into an emotional relationship? if yes, up to what extent then, would this person be allowed to have a live in partner? i know that re-marrying is not allowed . . .

you can live separately without a court order; just protect your self by providing support for her and your children. you can use those messages. do not live in with anyone, but emo relationships are not necessarily a crime.

my friend po kasi ako may ka live in po sya at may anak na sila ngayon.pano po yun may dating asawa yung guy pero halos di sila nagsama ng wife nya kasi nag abroad and ask ko po if valid ba talaga yung marriage nila kasi sa kagustuhan ng family nung girl ng katibayan ikinasal sila ng tatay ng friend ni girl na nagtatrabaho sa city hall.gano po katagal para mapawalang bisa kasal nila if talagang valid yung marriage?ano po mangyayari sa friend ko if valid liable po ba silang dalawa ng guy for penalty?

their marriage is valid unless complete nullity is granted by the court. depende pa din sa reason. maari silang makasuhan ng concubinage.

The father of the girl solemnized the marriage?
