sir i would just like to ask if i am liable if i have applied jobs in the other company and I have passed my pre-employment requirements. Homever there is no CONTRACT yet signed by me.Now i have applied other company who offered me a more competent salary. I am planning not to continue the first one even if i passed my requirements. Am I liable for damages? there is no contract yet signed by me sir..
