I have a question about how to file a case OF borrowing money. I have a friend borrowed money from me Last 2005 in Israel while i we are both working amounting of $2,100.00, we have an agreement that she will pay for a period of six months, but until now she neglect to payback. I want to know what case i might file for this, because she is still working abroad. Please give me an idea..

you can file a case for collection, but it might not prosper if she is not here or she has no property against which you can execute upon.

Atty, she has properties here in the Philippines and family too.. Her family knew that she borrow money from me.. but the last time i talk to her, she insist that i cannot do anything anymore because that was only happened in Israel and i cannot oblige her to pay me back.
