attorney goodday may sister have a problem with her birth certificate in NSO, she have a wrong name in the birth certificate and instead of female its male, she had to get a passport for searching a job overseas but she cant process it because of wrong name and gender to her nso.. please kindly help her..

Your sister has to file a case in court for the correction of her name and gender in her birth certificate. She has to wait until her records are corrected before she can apply for a Philippine passport.
