Hello,

Kami po ng asawa ko ay recently married. Hindi pa po kami nakakapag file ng change status sa kahit anong ahensya ng gobyerno. Ang meron lang po kami ay marriage license.

Ang tanong ko po ay ganito, bibili po kasi kami ng lote, Married na po ba ang status namin sa Deed of Absolute sale? Sa Deed of sale po ba single name pa rin po ba ng babae ang ilalagay at iindicate lang po na "Married to ___"? Salamat po.

salamat po sa reply. So ang single name ko pa din po ang ilalagay sa deed of sale? Ako po ang babae.

Rizlanne Castro po ang name ko. If I'm able to formally change my name, Rizlanne C. Axalan na po. But up to now hindi pa po ako nakakapag file sa kahit anong ahensya ng government about my change of status at name. Marriage certificate lang po ang hawak namin. Sa simbahan po kami kinasal. Ang ilalagay po ba sa deed of sale ay:

Ronald Reiner Axalan, married to Rizlanne Castro

or

Ronald Reiner Axalan, married to Rizlanne Axalan

Are you planning to adopt your husband's surname or not? What name are you using in your ID's? That's the one you have to use in the deed of sale.

You can update the records of your name later, but once done, it will be permanent.
