Hi, Atty. LLL.

Ask ko lang po sana what if hindi po sumipot yung respondent on the 1st hearing day? what if sa 2nd hearing hindi pa rin po? Ano po mangyayari?

tsaka po ano po Tips nyo atty. on the hearing day itself?

what hearing is this, nlrc? after the 2nd, they'll schedule a third and send a notice. after that you'll be allowed to file your position paper.

Arresto Menor

Opo, Atty. Sa NLRC po. Binigyan po kasi ako ng dalawang schedule.

Pero Atty. kahapon po nag email yung employer ko sabe ok na daw yung backpay ko, biglang ok after I sued them in NLRC.
