Garnishment Issue

Good day

i have a case, and would like to seek advice
recently.i did not receive any salary not knowing that the company( which i worked ) already received a Notice of Garnishment and withhold the pay due to the court order submitted,

1st: Can i go to the court and seek to Minimize the deduction ( not totally take everything ) since i would say is inhumane, no salary and i have 2 children to feed,bills to pay, rent and basic commodities

2nd: Without me knowing about the notice of Garnishment would they take it likewise,i did not receive any notice or signed anything or known their is already a trial,

hi po aski lng po sana ako ng advice 4 months po akoi d nakabayad sa cc ko sa metro din ng bayad po ako last mo. ang utang ko lng po less than 18k kasama na po jan mga charges ngaun feb 15 cut off po nagulat na lng po ako na ung aking payroll atm po ay naka hold without po notice. same bank po ung payroll atm namin at ung cc ko. at wala po akong na sign na agreement sa cc dahil pre approved po sya.sana po mabigyan nyo ako ng advice kng anu po gagawin ko. salamat po
