Hi po. May friend po ako na 18 years old at ang boyfriend niya po is 20. Ask ko po kung pwede po sila magpa-Secret Marriage? Ano po mga requirements pag magpapa-Secret Marriage? And how much it will cost? Thank you po.

There is no such thing as secret marriage. They can contract marriage, but they would need to secure parental consent (for those between 18 and 21 yo) to be presented to the local civil registrar. Isa ito sa prerequisites or requirements bago mabigyan sila ng marriage license.
