Secret Marriage

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've searched something about secret marriage, but I haven't found the question and answer that I'm looking for. I just have a few question regarding this option for marriage.

Me and my girlfriend are both 22 years old. We're legal on my side, but not on her side. We're already on our 7th year. We've discussed about this and we're definitely sure about this. My questions are:

• Will she get my surname immediately, once we marry? If no, how she'll get my surname? (The second question is just an optional question, I just wanna ask just in case in the future, we'll need it.)
• Do we still need to have my and her parent's consent since we're only 22?
(My mom agreed on to this, but she told us that she won't meddle with this, since my girlfriend's parents are against us)
• What are the requirements? and Where we'll go?
