kasal po ako last aug 28 2006,pero ndi kmi nagsama ng napangasawa ko sa isang bahay kasi studyante sya nun.secret po ang naging kasal nmin..pero ndi pagkalipas ng 3 months nagaway kami at naghiwalay at wala na akong kumunikasyon sa kanya mula ngayon,nabalitaan ko sa mga friends nya may bf na iba.. pweded na din po ba ako mkipag relasyon at magpakasal sa iba?

ano po ung bigamy?,,makukulong po ba ako? kailan po ako pwede magpakasal ulit..tagal ko na wala communacation sa ex wife ko.. thanks

yes, punishment is 6-12 years imprisonment for marrying again while the first marriage is not yet dissolved or annulled

panu po pag wala na kami communacation nong dati kong wife? at sya ay nagpakasal nrin sa iba.,tapos ndi narin sya mag filed ng bigamy laban sakin ok lng po ba un? magkano po magasto sapag anul? thnks po sa rply..

if she married again, then she can be charged with bigamy. cost of annulment depends on the lawyer you retain.

automatic po ba namachacharge ako ng bigamy or sinu po ang magcharge samin ng bigamy pag nagpakasal kami ulit..bakit yong classmate ko po atty nagpakasal ng dalawang beses pero hindi sya nakulong.. salamat po sa rply

no, it's not automatic, but anyone can charge you with it as long as they can show the two marriages.

yes, many people get away with it, but they get to live with the threat of possible charges for the rest of their lives. your choice.
