ECash loan

Hello, pa help nmn po, i hope u could help us in getting some light. My sister went to taiwan last 2008. Para sa processing fee she borrowed Php50,000 from a loaning agency called ECash. ok nmn sana kaso after a few months, nagkaron ng crisis, humina ang company kaya pinauwe sila. Paguwe nya dito of course jobless xa, with no way to be able to sustain the payments. Siguro about half of the total amount nmn nabayadan nya na. Then yesterday, a representative of the Ecash went to our brgy and have my sister;s name blottered. They are now asking her to pay Php 180,000 including all the charges and interests daw! We really think the amount is unbelievable. They are threatening na ipapakulong nila sister ku if we don't pay. ok lng nmn sana magbayad pero maxado nmn OA un sisnisingil nila. I really hope somebody could give advise on how to handle this matter. Thanks...

I would like some assistant regarding po sa Brother ko po. Nag Abroad po kasi siya sa Taiwan, then after a month napauwi siya kasi sa crisis na nangyari. Umuwi dito sa Pinas na walang work almost 1 year.
Then my mother got a messages from E-CASH representative na need magbayad ng kapatid ko ng around 400 thousand sa halagang 50 thousand na utang niya po.Actually nagcaused ng pag atake sa puso ng mama ko na nagtxt pa sila na ipapakulong ung kuya ko.We decided to had an agreement regarding this matter, so we noticed them to pay the Principal na utang ng kuya ko nahulagan po the representative agreed so we continue pay the obligation of my brother. After a year we paid the principal fully. The representative again texted my mother na ipapakulong ang kuya ko kung hindi pa po kami magbabayad ng 100 thousand para sa tubo at penalty ng utang kuya ko. Kailangan pa po ba namin bayaran ang tubo at penalty if we had agreement and we both nag-agree na principal lang bayaran?

may written agreement ba kayo dun sa kasunduan na principal amount lang babayaran? kasi kung wala, malamang na ang magiging depensa ni lending company eh yung loan agreement na pinirmahan nun nirelease yung utang.
