Good pm po.
Ask ko po regarding sa lessee na almost six months na hindi nagbabsyad ng rental, nag kaso na kami sa barangay walang settlement nangyari, hindi rin nag babayad ng electric bill kaya naputol na ang service hindi rin nagbabyad ng homeowners dues. pag nag file po ng ejectment case dapat may lawyer na ba? ano po un mabilis na madesisyunan, i read na unlawful detainer and dapat ikaso. thanks

unlawful detainer is correct, but make sure you can show you served a demand letter or posted one on the premises that they have to leave in 5 days.

ejectment is the best legal remedy, but yes, you need a lawyer.

hello po. may binili po kaming lupa 5years to pay almost 3/4 na po nabayaran namin sa kabuuang halaga nalaman po namin na ung kapitbahay namin na nakapagpasegregate na ng titulo ay mahahagip ang kalahati ng bahay namin. yung sukat na kinatatayuan ng bahay namin ang nagbigay e ang nagbenta which is yung may ari ng lupa. ano po pede naming gawin pag ininsist ng kapitbahay na kukunin na nila ung parte na dapat ay kanila na nakasaad sa titulo which is damay kalahati ng bahay namin. madedemanda po ba namin yung nagbenta ng lupa? salamat po.
