tama si awv bago makasal ang mga muslim sa middle east 1 month naka advertise yan sa embahado at forward pa nila sa DFA yan for verification na single silang pareho at kung meron mang asawa ang isang muslim sa una kontak nila ang first wife kasi kailangan ng documentation yan! so hindi ganun kadali umapila sa kasal ng muslim. iba ang batas sa kasal na under ng Sharia Law.
at kung nagawa nyang sumanib sa kapatiran ng mga muslim, hindi ganun kadali ang sumanib sa kanila kung sa kapakanan lang na makapag asawa ng higit pa sa isa! mahabang proseso ang pinagdadaanan nyan!

hi atty! Pls, i need ur side. If my marriage is valid here in dubai why the philippine consulate dont allow it to report to thier office? They they dont accept it as long as my first marriage in civil or christian get annul and the consulate said that my 2nd marriage is valid only here in dubai but not in the philippines. How true is it? Me and my wife are reverted muslim since last yr and more than a year aftr the convertion we got married in sharia court dubai. My question is, why they dont allow us to report our marriage since we have all the requirements?

Helli atty just want a help with my situation here i was married ti a guy years ago pero di nmn talga sir yun totoo need lang kasi nung guy magpakasal sa akin dahil sa permanent residence ako sa japan his mother just request it so pumayag nmn ako ngyn hindi po sya nakapunta dito at si frim that day hindi ko na alam na na okie pala yang kasal at never kami nagsama ano pi gagawin ko gusto ma alis yan kasal na yan
