I would like to ask if this Senate Bill 1647: GCTA is implemented already all over the Philippines. This Senate bill has already press release and has been approved.

Pano po malalaman kung implemented na sya, para matulungan ko po ung kapamilya ko.

Yung uncle ko po, may apilar pa. Edukado po, maganda ung performance sa loob. Tapos natandaan nya na may nabasa sya about sa Senate Bill na ito nuon sa Manila Bulletin. Pa tulong naman po Attorney, salamat po.
