Good day po. Ask ko lang po regarding sa nangyari sa akin. I was employed po sa isang foreign company. Pero po pinadaan nila ang employment ko sa isang BPO company dito sa Philippines. Home-based po ang work namin dahil po inaayos pa daw po ang office namin. Nahire po ako last January 2012. I still have two subjects left. They were expecting me to graduate this May.

Last Saturday po, I received an email from my local employer stating that I am terminated na daw po due to habitual neglect of duties. At tsaka daw po I cannot keep pace with my co-worker. Alam ko po na mali ako dahil hindi ko po nababalance ang oras ko and I told him that. Ang sabi po niya wala daw po siyang magagawa dahil yun daw po yung decision ng foreign employers ko. Pero nakiusap po ako sa kanya. And he advised me to talk to my foreign employers. I did what he advised me to do. Nagemail po ako sa foreign employer ko. Pero nagulat po ako kasi po ang sinagot po sa akin ng foreign employer ko it was my local employer's decision daw po. And that they cannot interfere with his decision. Nung kinausap ko po ulit yung local employer ko ang sabi po niya sa akin final na daw po yung decision.

Ang pagkakaalam ko po before po materminate ang isang employee may sinusunod pong due process. Iba po ba kapag ang company ay BPO?

no, the process is still the same. your remedy is to file a complaint at nlrc. make both respondents.

maganda hapon po,
gusto ko po sanang malaman kung matatwag bang immoral ang isang guro kung ito ay nakikipag live in? ganito po kasi ang kwento,march 2010 nagpa secret marriage po sila ng boyfriend nya,pero hindi po pinasok ang papel kasi po naka petition ang bOyfriend nya papuntang US, nag apply po syang bilang teacher 2010 din po sa pang publikong paaralan sa kolehiyo pero nag apply sya ang ginamit pa rin nya ay nung dalaga pa rin sya,matatawag po bang illicit relations ito? kasi po ayon sa article III section III ng code of ethics ay pinagbabawal po ito.. maaari po ba syang matanggal sa trabaho nya? kasi hanggang ngayon naman po ay hindi pa rin sya nag change ng status nya kasi hindi pa rin naman po nila pinapasok yung papel nung kinasal sila..2 years na rin na po syang nagtuturo at hindi alam sa school na nakikipag live in sya.. thanks po at sana mabigyang linaw ito.. if he is living in with the boy friend, who is actually her husband, then i would not consider it immoral.

good pm po,,so malabo rin po na matanggal sya sa work?,kasi nga po ang alam sa school single sya? paano po yun kahit hindi po ba ipasok yung papel valid pa rin po ba ang kasal nila? and kung sakaling aalis na yung bf nya papuntang US makakalusot ito bilang single? thanks po.. Smile

lying about marital status, to my mind, should not be basis for termination. non-registration of a marriage does not render it invalid
