Pero nagulat po ako kasi po ang sinagot po sa akin ng foreign employer ko it was my local employer's decision daw po. And that they cannot interfere with his decision. Nung kinausap ko po ulit yung local employer ko ang sabi po niya sa akin final na daw po yung decision.
Ang pagkakaalam ko po before po materminate ang isang employee may sinusunod pong due process. Iba po ba kapag ang company ay BPO?
