we got married in Dubai last 2008, our marriage lasted for only 5 months because i caught my husband having an affair with his best friend, i don't have any printed document but i caught them through chat and mobiles, now they are living in Singapore.
questions:
1. is our marriage valid in the Philippines even if we are only 5 months together and we don't have our parent's advice since we are 25 then? I don't check if we have file in NSO
2.Can I ask for financial support from him even if we don't have a child?
3. Can I file a case under RA9262?
