Regarding the Petition to Take the Bar, how may one go about marking the supporting documents as Annex A, B, C and so on?
Can one just write directly on the docs? Or should it be typed onto the docs? Or stamped?

i just wrote my entries with my handy signpen....
kung gusto mo neat and clean, find a soft copy and edit it in word/openoffice...

about the annexes...
just annex them starting from annex "A", annex "B", annex "C" and so on...annex "A-1" or "A-2" "B-1" is not advisable...
put the corresponding annexes at the top right margin of the documents...
