good evening, attorney nandito ako ngayon sa uae, may mga pending cases and warrant ako sa pinas, pero sa ngayon nagsisimula na akong magbayad sa mga pinagkakautangan ko dyan, although tuloy pa yung mga kaso dahil ang sabi nila kapag nakatapos na akong magbayad ipa dismiss ang kaso sa akin, ang tanong ko po, gusto ko sanang magbakasyon ang mga anak ko dito, hindi ba sila apektado dahil may hdo ako, or kung lumabas sa visa nila na ako ang sponsor, hindi ba sila mahold my sons are 8 and 5 years old, please help.

i would not be paying them unless there was some form of compromise agreement. out of court settlements will not be honored unless presented and approved by the court.

how do you know you have an HDO? you should check with the Bureau of Immigration if you are on the derogatory list.

no, your children should not be affected. they are not the ones charged with a case.

Thanks, atty. but the reason why i go out of the country is to settle all my debts, that's why i'm trying to pay, them, as far as i know, may kasulatan naman yung mother ko at yung person involved na once na bayad na ako, they would sign desistance, posible po ba ito, at least sa ngayon po ay unti-unting nakakabayad na ako, hindi naman ako umalis ng bansa para tumakas, kundi para gumawa ng paraan para makabayad. Thank God na hindi naman pala maapektuhan ang mga anak ko, so kahit ang sponsor nila sa VISA ay name ko, makakalabas sila ng bansa? Thanks a lot again attorney

your children should not have any problems.

i would ensure that there is a proper agreement and documentation regarding these payments so that it is clear to everyone.
