Hi i need some advice po, matagal na po kami hiwalay ng husband ko since 2010 pero ni minsan hindi sya nagbibigay ng support para sa anak namin. hindi ko po alam kung paano ako mag uumpisa mag file ng petition for support at kung pwede po ba ko lumapit sa pao? thanks po

hi po. makisingit. tanong ko lang po f included po ba sa child support ang physical appearance ng father? nkbuntis po kc yung husband ko (b4 marraige nmn) ngbibigay nmn kmi ng financial support. ngayon, gs2 nya, bisitahin yung bby nya.

pwd po ba kaming mgrefuse sa request nya? thanx po.

Hi, have you ever tried to remind him of his duty to provide support? First, there should be a demand letter sent to your husband. Then, depending on what happens, you can proceed with filing a Petition for Child Support in Court.
