Hi po! I was advised to file a petition for child support para manghingi ng support from my ex-boyfriend's family since wala namang work 'yung father ng illegitimate daughter ko. And since 'di ko siya pwedeng i-pursue as RA 9262, will the decision on financial support given by the court will still be proportional to the financial capacity of their family? O kahit magkano lang ibigay nila? They have this so called family business na gawaan ng sapatos. And one more thing, wala na ba akong pwedeng ikaso sakanya? I'm totally affected by the situation, mentally and emotionally. I'm totally stressed at pati 'yung bata (6month old daughter) sobrang naaapektuhan na rin dahil sa panggigipit at pag-iipit nila sa sustento ng anak ko. What should I do?
