good day! we need legal advice regarding deed of exchange. 19 years ago na execute po yung deed of exchange, ang involve po yung family namen and Real Estate Developer. kumuha sila ng portion of land from our porperty para maging right of way po papasok sa subdivision na dinedevelop nila, in exchange to that papalitan nila ng lupa dun sa loob ng development nila. ang problem po 19 years na wala pa din yung kapalit sila naman po 19 years na nakiki nabang dun sa right of way. may habol po ba kami or pwede ba namen silang i demanda? thanks po.
