hi good morning po, ask ko lang kasi yung friend ko nagpakasal sa manilacity hall 1988 pa pero wala syang pinirmahang marriage license ang date kung kelan sila kinasal at ang date ng license nila ay pareho, at pumasok yun sa nso, ang tanong po pwede po ba mapawalang bisa ang kanilang kasal at matagal na po silang hiwalay at yung girl ay nag asawa na rin ng taga ibang bansa at pabalik balik nalang dito sa pinas...sana matulungan nyo friend ko gusto na rin kasi nyang pakasalan ang gf nya at matqagal na rin silang magkarelasyon...salamat po ng marami...God bless...

search the forum for grounds for annulment and see if there is a ground that can be proven. the license issue doesn't seem to be a good basis
