Persnal Loan Unpaid..

I need advice, last week i receive a demand letter for law firm, stated that I need to pay a within 5 days my loan.

I have loan kc for the bank and PDC was been made as bank req., I dont have check account so ung bank na po ang ngprovide nito for me. d kc aq nkahulog ng 3 months kaya nmn po pinasa na nila s collection agency.. tumawag po aq sa collection agency they give me a mode of payments & until friday lang dw un (March23) before the said date tumawag aq sa collection agency sb ko as of the moment d ko pa mbibigay ung terms nila, but I'm willing to settle it. 3days na aqng ngttxt at tumatawag wala po silang sagot.

ano po ggwin ko?ang sb po kc sa sulat mgffile na sila ng demanda laban skin please help me...

only thing you can do is to keep negotiating for a settlement. avoid personally receiving any written notices that your checks were dishonored

Good evening po atty , hingi po sana ako ng legal advice regarding po sa personal loan ko na collateral po un tct ng house and lot po namin sa kadahilanan po na delay po yong payments ko ng almost 7mos up to this month po ay d po agad nakaalis yong anak ko last march lang po siya naka pag abroad ngayon po nagpadala na po ng sulat yong pong banko na nag file na po sila ng extra judicial settlement at any day daw po ay pa auction na raw po yong house and lot namin , ang tanung ko po atty. pupuede na po ba ang ganuon na d man lang dumaan sa proper hearing . ayaw naman po nila ng reconstruct yong personal loan ko po o kaya po mabenta ko man lang yong bahay sa iba ng may matira naman po sa amin na amin pagsimulan .

that's extra judicial foreclosure. yes, it doens't have to go through a hearing because you agreed to it in the mortgage agreement.

after the auction, you will have 1 year to pay the entire loan plus expenses incurred so that you can redeem your house.
