Arresto Menor

Hi, just want legal advice..nagpautang ako sa friend ko ( former co employee ) ng php 40k to start his business last 2007 pa but til now ay di pa sya nagbabayad. may agreement notice kami na after a year babayaran nya at pumirma sya ( not notarize ) ..now 2013 na but parang tinataguan nako at wala plano bayaran..ano po ba dapat ko gawin para mabayaran nya ko? valid po ba yung document na pinirmahan naming kahit walang notary ? may work naman sya nung umutang sya . Marami salamat sa magbbgay ng advice
