Repossessed Car (I need your advice/help, thanks so much in advance)

Good Day po sa lahat, hihingi po sana ako ng advice, kc wala po ako alam sa batas tungkol sa mga repo cars, eto po ung situation:

1. Nagkaroon po ng Public Auction yung Bank for their repo cars, (nabasa ko po doon na the bank has the right to withdraw at anytime ung mga for auction of cars)
2. But after the bidding, and after po ng awarding, tinawagan na po ako ng Bank that i won...
3. So im from Baguio so i need to go to Manila to get the car, after paying it and the bank staff already signed the deed of sale (MV) then after getting the gate pass for the said motor vehicle, "HINOLD" muna nila yung car, and its been 3 days na po, and wala parin resulta, inaantay daw approval for the president, anu po mga rights ko, kasi po bumalik na ako ng Baguio, sobrang stressed out po ako, anu po pwde ko gawin? until now wala parin ( thank you in advance po

why did they hold? send a demand letter

sabi po ng staff ng bank, "hinold muna kc cinoconfirm pa daw nila ung market value kc mababa ung minimum bid kasi clearance sale, pero bat ganun, tapos na nga ung bidding na award nadin sakin unit tapos nabayaran na din, with Deed of Sale pa

again, i recommend you send a demand letter, include a demand for your expenses.

if they do, your remedy is to file a complaint for specific performance to compel them to deliver the car to you.
