Customs Duty Inquiry on Replacement/Warranty Item

Hello Free Legal Advice team,

Can you help me find out how much our BOC would charge for an item that will be replaced by the manufacturer as part of it's warranty coverage?

The item is a bicycle fork. The whole bicycle has been purchased locally here in the Philippines. Unfortunately the fork which is a part of the bike has broken down and the manufacturer had agreed to replace it. This replacement is FREE of charge including the shipping cost, again as part of their warranty program.

My concern however is that it will be shipped to me from outside the country (China) and I was hoping to get your assistance in fiding out how our BOC will (or should) asses/handle this particular situation.

The invoice value is $0 since its a replacement under warranty. Where will our customs tax me in this case?
