NBI clearance with pending case

hi, i was about to get my nbi clearance after knowing that i got a hit. unfortunately, it was i who has the pending case. what if the people who filed a case are already ok with closing the case. in my case, a minor 17 years old is the complainant and his father filed a case against me. Parents are outside the country that time. SO a guardian of the minor was also part of the complaint letter.

In resolving the issue, must there be an appearance required for all the people involved or will NBI consider a signed letter of the minor and one of the parent of the complainant will verify that they already agree in closing such case filed.

please give me a run down of the steps to do to be able to have my nbi clearance cleared with any cases. thanks

what will be required is a clearance or order from the office handling the case, not from the complainant
