I have an ongoing case, for Violation of R.A. 9262, the trial is ongoing. can I renew my nbi clearnce and can go work abroad. kindly advise me asap. thanks

get your clearance, but if a warrant of arrest was issued against you, then your nbi record will have a notation

does it mean that if i receive a warrant of arrest, that's the time the record will show up in nbi? i didn't receive any , so it won't show in my nbi clearance? pls advice, tnx.
