Arresto Menor

Hi. Our company offers retirement at 10years. I have been with the company for 9 years and 7 months. I would like to know if i decide to retire now, will my tenure be rounded off so i could avail of the retirement plan? Or should i really wait til i turn exactly 10 years in the company to be able to avail it?
