Your resignation is accepted. I noticed your last day is October 31st.
We normally request a 30 day notice to transition and identify a
replacement resource to avoid an impact to our operations. Let me know if

Pero sabi sakin ng trainer ko di daw ako pwede mag immediate resignation due to health kung wala ako mapepresent na not fit to work. After nun di na po ulit ako kinontact. Ngayon ko lang po nareceive yung mail galing sa company na dated may 21 pa. Sabi dun na kelangan ko asikasuhin yung exit clearance ko at ireturn yung headset ko. Tinawagan ko yung trainer ko today para iverify sa kanyapano yung process ng exit clearance. Ang sabi niya sa akin di daw niya pinrocess yung exit clearance ko at tinag na awol. Yung mga kasamahan ko sa work na nagresign din same din ang problem. Pero yung friend ko na hindi man lang nagnotify sa TL niya at bigla na lang di pumasok nakakuha pa ng final pay. Please help. "First of all you did not resign from the company formally, you went on awol, you were given a chance to process your exit clearance but you didnt do so and its our responsibility to process it for you. It is not our responsibility to return your company assets because you didnt surrender it to us when you left the company."
Pwede ko pa po kayang iprocess yun?
