Kung gusto ko daw po makuha yung para sakin need ko daw po bumalik sa office at mag render. 2 yrs po contract ko sa ibang bansa, bale 2018 pa po ako makakabalik, then may mga issue din po na sakin sinisisi ng boss ko yung nangyari sa project which is di ko naman po yun kasalanan. Anu po ba ang maipapayo nyo sakin pag ganito ang sitwasyon.

Ang pagkakaintindi ko Jerry ay hindi ka nakakuha ng clearance from your employer dahil hindi fully satisfied ang iyong resignation like 30 day clearance, possibly kaliwanagan sa next employment mo and other HR matters. Suggest ko deal with the requirements so you can get a formal clearance. You will need this in the future. Baka kaya ng pakiusapan via email or thru your assigned representative sa Pilipinas.
