1. Ex Girlfriend and I got secretly married in QC City Hall 1996. I was 23 and she was 21 at the time. Although we both agreed to this, in hindsight this was pure immaturity on both our parts as it seemed to be the romantic thing to do at the time.

2. We forged both our parent's signatures. Marriage license was arranged by fixers. Mine came from cavite, though i have never lived nor have any business being there. her's was fixed in the qc city hall.

3. this may be hard to belive, but we never consumated the marriage (never had penetrative sex). Nor did we cohabitate.

4. we split up after two years and have lost contact with each other. from 1998 until present. in the late 90/ early 2000's i saw my ex-gf/wife with another man in a romantic situation. I myself had a relationship at the time.

I am 38 now, and have plans on getting married legally.

is there any legal basis for annulment? thanks in advance for your reply on the matter.

based on your story, it's too late to invoke lack of parental authority

see if there is any other possible ground:

legal separation is not needed to live away from each other. the girl has to be staying at the house for concubinage to prosper. you can try to get your child or enforce visitation rights.
