me and my ex wife decided to have an annulment.. shes in dubai rightnow and im here at saudi arabia. But the problem is i have my 2nd married and i knows its bigamy. What is the best thing to do if me and my exwife decided our annulment but i dont want to go to jail and my 2nd wife is now pregnant.. At lhat nmn po ng sustento binibigay ko ng tama sa 1st wife ko dahil my 2 kming anak.. Need your urgent respons pls...

my boyfriend po ako matagal na kami,naglilive nadin po kami,kaso kung kilan tumagal relationship namin nalaman ko na may asawa na daw siya at kasal sila sa bicol,pero ang sabi nya sakin matagal na daw tapos relasyon nila bilang mag asawa kaso my anak sila, dahil nauna daw nagluko ang asawa nya at nagpaanak pa daw siya sa ibang lalaki,kaya daw hiniwalayan nya,kaso sa mata ng batas alam ko dipa sila legal na hiwalay,anu po ang gagawin namin para kami naman ang mgpakasal dahil balak na po naming magpakasal kaso kasal po pala siya sa iba.

the first marriage has to be annulled first before you can get married. see the link above to check if there is any ground to have it annulled
