hi, I am planning to buy a lot> but sadly it is occupied by squatters at present. What are my options ? Is it legally allowed to simply demolish all of the houses after warning them to vacate the area? or how long will it take for an ejection case? where will i file one? or what else can i do so i could use the lot already? please reply as soon as possible
