Dear sir;
Weve been staying in the apartment for 50 years and recently the heirs of the area where the lot stans decided to sell. The property is still in the name of the peal owner who died long years ago. This was litigated and the supreme court awarded to the heirs. The heirs compose of two families and under there are 100 names listed. The ruling supreme court was by administration and city court is to preserve the property. The property was sold two years ago and now they have filed an ejection case.
On our initial negotiation they were intimidated when we asked them the proof of ownership, the authority to sell the property and the authority of the other names listed.
What we raised from them is it correct? Your legal opinion is highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
