Tanong lang po, ganito po kasi we have property na for sale sa subdivision po namin. ung buyer po ng property nakatira na sa unit but they're not yet fully paid. eh biglang na-cancel/foreclosed ung property meaning hindi na po sa kanila ung property pero 4months pa rin silang nakatira dun.
hindi man lang po sila nakikipagusap sa developer or sa opisina namin, kaya nasa ejection process na po sila,we even send them the notice for ejection months ago but still they are not coordinating with us.tapos lately naputulan na ng kuryente ung unit,then kada gabi inuuwian ung unit kahit walang kuryente.
do we have rights na i-lock/ipa-padlock ung proerty para hindi na sila makapasok sa property? then contact-kin na lang nila kami once na ipupull-out na nila gamit nila?
I feel sorry for them and i think i was being ruthless but i'm just doing my job.
