good afternoon..i just want to ask and know if its really illegal to force any employees to cut their working hours and deduct it to their salaries it is because there is no customers coming.. i mean only few customers are coming specially at late hours considering a everyday income like (15thousand income a day)...
delaying of salary,13 month pay,and incentives.. cutting of break time hours into 30 minutes only and worst is 15 minutes only everyday,

break is supposed to be 1 hour but unpaid. if less, then it has to be paid break.

if you are receiving less than salary, that is not allowed.
