hello, i have help my sister get her nbi clearance early today, she has an old clearance and no record found. The recent nbi agancy is requiring all applicants to apply again (not renew). She got a hit with makes her wonder cause she has no doubt of having a criminal or civil case act, she has told me that her husband has a pending warrant of arrest at the MTC. will her application be affected due to her husbands records? really need to clarify this issue coz she is applying to travel abroad. Thanks

only way to be sure i to wait for the clearance. but she should not get a record because of her husband.
