Arresto Menor

Hello to all and hope you can help me.
I was recently fired from a job of 2 1/2 years. I had a baby and know he had been looking for reasong to fire ne,
I was told that he called the hospital attorney looking for a reason becuase I had not come back yet in my 6 weeks.
I really need help. He is fighting unemployment and gave me no reason as to why I was fired until a week later when
I was sent a pink slip stating if was dischared because" using foul language in front of employees and service employees."
The entire office used foul language on a daily basis including the doctor.
What do I do?
