hello gud afternoon po attorney ... isa po aq ofw at gusto baguhin ang status ko from married to single.... ano po ang gagawin ko at pano ang proseso na tama kc yung dinala ko passport d2 married ng mag abroad aq taz namatay po ang asawa ko after 3yrs... so ngayun po gus2 ko ipabago ang passport ko n maging single ano po ang mga requirements n dapat kung gawin pls help me po kc tama mtatapos ang kontrata ko d2 at uuwi aq.. sana po m2lungan nyo aq... salamat po

please don't use text spelling. you can go to the dfa and bring an nso copy of your husband's death certificate. your status will be widowed.

Apology po.
Pagpunta ko po ng NSO ipakita ko lang po ba yung death certicate ng asawa ko na galing sa lugar namen or meron pang iba requirements? Saka pwede po bang kapatid nlang ang kukuha ng certificate of death sa NSO dahil wala po ako sa pilipinas,dahil next year pa uwi ko gusto ko kumpleto na ang mga papers ko at sa DFA nalang ang kukunin ko pagdating ko.... salamat po

magandang araw po attorney.. tanong ko pa po ano po ang mga requirements na dapat kung ipakita sa NSO pagkuha ko ng CENOMAR sa tulad ko na patay na ang asawa? death certificate lang po ba or meron pang iba? salamat po

you don't need any docs to request for cenomar, but it will show your previous marriage
