Hi,

I just have a question. We have bonds on our company. I have signed a two year contract with the company as a programmer. The bonds is composed of the training expense, plus the reimbursement of the salary they have given me from the day I started working there. they then transferred me to another company and made me do tasks that are no longer programming related without updating my contract, title, and salary. Now, they are no longer respecting me and making me do random things. So I filed a resignation. But now, they are trying to scare me with the bond. Is the bond still valid in this situation? I really need help on this one..

And also, based on what they used to train us, the training expenses does not add up. The training expense is 96k but during training, all they gave was a pdf file and said that we need to learn it and then let us work. I really need to know if the bond is valid.
