Hello:
I am trying to sue this couple who sponsored their employee- turned out she was a thief who broke in all of our locked room past Thanks Giving and stole around 50K worth of Jewelries and electronics. This couple we now believed could be a part of this scheme too. They admitted they knew her trouble past but did not tell us. According to the Police record, she was just release from Jail.
Our insurance did not pay us due to dwelling coverage only.
Pls help me to bring in the Justice. I take them to Civil Court room but advise I need to fill out form CM-010 and Sum 100. I don't know what codes to dot in this paperwork. Pls advise.
