Hi,

I'm Jeff and I would like to seek some advice on how to go about my situation.

Some few months ago, I acquired a work permit from a condominium I owned. The requirement for securing it is a monetary bond and a form that I need to fill up and sign. Now that the renovation is almost done, I asked the condominium administrator on how to go about reclaiming my bond once my unit has been inspected and declared complete. They told me that they will charge me on a per day basis on the whole duration that my unit has been under renovation and that it will be deducted from my monetary bond.

Is this legal? Any advice on how to go about this is highly appreciated.

thanks,

Jeff
