May a probationary employment be extended?

good day mga sir,ako po ay may isang katanungan na kapag po ang isang empleyado ay nasa probationary period,at siya po ay lumagpas na ng six(6) moths..siya po ba ay automatic regular employee na?..ngaung august 7 po ang kanyang regularization..subalit siya po ay kinausap noong august 12 na maextend daw po ang kanyang probationary at meron po sakanya pinapirmahan..pasok na po ba siya sa pagiging regular na empleyado,o meron pa po bang halaga yung kanyang pinirmahang extension o pwede na niya itong disregard...

if you will try to abrogate the extension, you have to speak up now and say that you believe the extension is unlawful because you already exceeded 6 months. ever day that passes will make it more appear that you agreed to waive your right to regularization.
