Arresto Menor

I got married last 2005 civil. But me and my wife have not lived as husband and wife. Both our parents did not know about the marriage ceremony. We never lived in one house. And i am uncertain if we were really called a FAMILY under law description. I am an muslim and I have a muslim girlfriend now. We are planning to get married. Is it legal if we got married through Islam Law?
Does my wife (civil) has the right to file case bigamy if I remarried to a muslim girl?
By the way, I dont know the whereabouts of my wife now. Thanks.
