2 TYPES OF CREDIT TRANSACTIONS:
1. secured transactions – those supported by a collateral or an encumbrance of property
2. unsecured transactions – those supported only by a promise to pay or the personal commitment of another such as a guarantor or surety

pasok po ba sa estafa case ang isang case kung may porsyento ung nagpapa utang. Na may ibidensya nman po ung nngutang na nakapagbabayad sya ang kso sa interest na 10% kada buwan lng lahat pumapasok ang payment bali ang principal amount kc na inutang ay 100K may check po na inissue ung nangutang as collateral at may written aggrement po na Acknowledgement of Debt na notaryado po...ung pangungutang na ginawa...pls reply po tnx
