just wanna ask regrading on common law relationship.. my parents have been live exclusively together for 24 years but they were not married... by father passed away.. my question was did my mother have the right to be called as surviving spouse? to claim and received that survivorship pension? because if i am not mistaken common law relationship here in the philippines was favorably recognized especially if it was in good faith.
