dear atty

tanong ko lang ho, if mag file hu ung asawa ng partner ko ng civil case article 26 against me, makukulong ho ba ako kapag convicted and hindi ho ako nakabayad?

wala naman ho kasi akong pera.

ano ho ung pwede ko ikaso against the wife?

no imprisonment if you can't pay.

verbal threaten lang po with the two of us, wala po may naka rinig

wala naman ho akong choice kundi makipag meet sa kanya para matapos na tong issue na to

di ko pa nasabi sa partner ko na nag kita kami ng asawa niya

may lawyer na relative ung asawa niya eh

kung mag file sila ng civil case against me pero di naman na patunayan, pwede ho rin ba akong mag file na case against her? for moral damages?(although para wala naman akong moral)

if her claims are untrue, you can file a counter claim.

how will it end if you are still staying with her husband?

salamat po, bahala na po kung ano man talaga ang mangyayari sa amin pero hindi ko ho talaga mahiwalayan ung husband niya

kahit makulong pa ho ung partner ko, hindi pa rin ho ako mag stop ng visit sa kanya sa prison if un ung kahihinatnan nito.

importante hindi ako makulong para ma continue ko ung trabaho ko

pero alam ko po na ang best solution is hiwalayan ng tuluyan ang lalaki, tinry ko na po, bumalik din ako sa kanya

haist, sorry po talaga sa abala.
