Arresto Menor

Hi goodevening po. Last 2017 po nag avail ako ng cashloan sa homecredit 49,000 po yung principal amount 2,099 po ang hulog nun monthly for 36months. Sa kadahilanan po na mejo nagipit po ako hindi na po ako nakakapag hulong simula July po. Then sabi po nila may subpwena na daw po ako kasi ang utang ko daw ay umabot na ng 66k. Possible po ba na makulong ako? Ano po ba dapat kong gawin? As of now kasi gipit pa rin po ako. Salmat po.

It depends on the case filed against you, if it is civil (walang kulong) or criminal (may kulong).

Talk to the lending company and tell them your current financial situation as honestly as you can. Request for a loan restructuring with a monthly amount that you can pay that won't cripple your finances. Have everything written down and secure a copy as proof of everyone's compliance.

For free legal advice, try going to the PAO or any free legal aid clinic that is being offered by Schools of Law around your vicinity.
